Angus Beef Tapa

Angus tapa didn't taste like angus at all. Doesn't have half the taste of the tapa from Tapa King or Mary Grace. We tried it because we thought the tapa is tender carrying the angus beef name. Bacon liempo had this weird sour taste and it felt like chewing leather. I really don't know how the other "reviewers" found their tapa yummy.
